Day two England July 14th, London

Day two found Barbara going to work and the three of us having a day in London.
We had breakfast at Barbara's then headed out.
One of the great things about London, and for that matter, most of England, is all the little market stalls.
On the way to the tube each day we would usually stop at one and pick up fruit and such for lunches and snacks.

On the way home each evening we would usually stop again for produce for dinner.

This our first full day, we decided to head down to London center and take our daughter to see where the Queen lives;

and Trafalgar Square;

And her first high tea.

And one of the best places to have a High Tea in  London is the National Portrait Gallery.
She wasn't sure what to make of it all.
It rained a lot while we were at tea, and from the tea room I got one of my favorite pictures from the trip.

After tea we walked from Trafalgar down to the Embankment seeing;
Big Ben, the Wheel, and a Battle of Britain Tribute.

We ended our day back at Barbara's for BBQ.
