We had breakfast in the cottage, then head up to the Co-op for groceries.
We had arranged ahead of time to meet up with some of my cousins around noon here in Staithes.
We chose to meet at the local pub, The Cod and Lobster.
This is family on my mother’s side, cousins Sheila and David and their tolerant partners, Rory and Alan
They may look and act a little strange at times, but are quite harmless.
It had been many years since I had seen David and Sheila and
this was the first time Robin and Emelaine had met either family.
We visited for a long time, eating fish and chips at the pub and walking the dogs and the kid.
They came back to our cottage for tea.
Once they headed home we stay around Staithes and had dinner in the cottage.
